SICK: A passenger on “MS Finnmarken” contacted in July and said he had become ill by legionella after the trip.  A legionella infection was detected in one of the cabins aboard the MS «Finnmarken», confirms Hurtigruten.  Hurtigruten was recently contacted by a passenger who became ill after a trip with MS “Finnmarken” in late July, writes Nord24.no

The passenger was infected by a legionella bacterium. Hurtigruten therefore investigated whether the source of contamination could be on board the speedboat ship.  In a cabin on MS «Finnmarken» they found traces of legionella.
